Abstract
An evaluation of the technological process of wax casting raw material to identify potential critical control points where the raw material and the product can become contaminated. For the development of this work, we used the following methodology: Review process flow diagram of the wax casting material described in the NC 74 09:86. Beekeeping. Beewax. Specifications (Under Review), and an evaluation on how producers make the process of melting the wax and equipment used for this purpose. He came to the conclusion that most of our beekeepers use the traditional method to melt the wax and that during the process, the raw material and product maybe contaminated in the six activities within the production flow, it also made changes in the Flow diagram of the standard, leaving as illustrated in Figure 1.
