Statistics in quality control of bee honey

Abstract
“Statistics is the base of the plan…The plan is the prevision of the future… In every of their fasces Statistics is the scientific instrument to bring the action”. These criterion was exposed more than forty years ago and their knowledge had got in some study as Industrial Engineering and Licentiate in Economy, is not frequently see researches about Methodology and Statistics in some branch of economy, so that job bring their importance in some examples tacked of the bibliography. It describe the use of Correlation Test to control the confiability of the measure of humidity in lots of Cuban honey in the Laboratory of Quality Control, pertaining at the Apícolas Researches Center, using data of 142 lots of honey made to three experts since January and March 2013. It show the use of Excel and how can be used of Correlation Test in Quality Control bring us the way subjected by ISO-IEC 17025: 2006.That test not show statistical differences among the three experts evaluated.
