Procedure of estimate of the uncertainty of the mensurations

Abstract
In the Physical Chemical laboratories CIAPI, the estimation of measurement uncertainty is part of a systematic process directed and designed to establish an infrastructure that will lead to continuous improvement in activity in the broadest sense.
That is why there is a "Method for estimating the uncertainty of measurements" with scope to laboratories Physical Chemistry, in compliance with the Policy Uncertainty 2012 National Body for Accreditation of the Republic of Cuba (ONARC), considering:
- Interest sector development and society.
- The international guidelines and principles on the estimation of measurement uncertainty. - The need for our laboratories, complying with the provisions NC ISO / IEC 17025: 2006, through continuous improvement and increasing the quality of their services.
The procedure is new for the first time the code of conduct is set to follow in the estimation of the uncertainty of the measurements obtained on the physico-chemical tests, which llows to know the dispersion of the final results, indispensable aspect to accredit analytical techniques and perform in the country the tests required for certification of export products, which were contracted abroad.
