Material vivo de calidad certificada

Abstract
Los resultados obtenidos con el Programa de Mejoramiento Genético pusieron en evidencia la necesidad de trabajar sobre el "envase" para la genética desarrollada, sobre todo los materiales de alto comportamiento higiénico que permiten producir sin la utilización de antibióticos. Se elaboraron los protocolos y el sistema documental, se detectaron las empresas interesadas en producir material vivo de alta calidad, que implicó no solo la aplicación de exigentes protocolos y elaboración de registros de producción, sino también la aceptación de al menos dos auditorías por año. Dichas empresas se ubican en las regiones del país con mayor potencial para la producción de material vivo primicia, como Chaco, Corrientes, Tucumán, Córdoba, San Luis y Mendoza. De ese modo, este conjunto de empresas comprometidas con la calidad ofrecen celdas reales, reinas fecundadas, núcleos y paquetes de abejas con garantía y trazabilidad, pagando hasta un 10% del valor del producto en concepto de asistencia técnica, con lo que se financia todo el sistema, incluido el Programa de Mejoramiento Genético.
