Efecto del propóleo en diferentes preparaciones de músculo liso

Abstract
Se ha reportado la efectividad del propóleos en varias enfermedades que afectan diferentes órganos. Para profundizar en la acción que ejerce el propóleos sobre estos órganos se decidió realizar un estudio farmacológico experimental en diferentes preparaciones de músculo liso aislado, en las cuales se probaron distintas concentraciones de este producto apícola. Se estudiaron los efectos del propóleos en tráquea de cobayo, conducto deferente de rata, fundus gástrico de rata, estimulados eléctricamente y con agonistas específicos. Se pudo constatar que el propóleos posee una acción relajante de la musculatura lisa en dichos preparados y además se realizó el cálculo de la dosis efectiva media del propóleos.
