Abstract

Three elements are essential for the production of honey: bees, flower’s nectar and the beekeeper action.

Starting from processed and controlled data in The Cuban Beekeeping Researching Center during the years 2001-2012, was carried out some statistical analysis to determine the correlation between beehives amount and beekeeping yield and honey production.

Some statistical terms are related to facilitate the analysis and the understanding of the work.
