Determination of education and information needs using AMIGA’s model

Abstract
This paper cover the results obtained from the application in the Beekeeping Research Center of the Methodological Approximation to the Introduction of Learning Management (AMIGA). These results come from process 2 to 7 that allow to get information to make a potentials user registration according to the variable obtained from this model; it's made the division of segments o user's groups depending on their need of information and are set the most important segments to start in them the service improvement. Also there are determine the specifics needs of the main groups and the ways of service for each, which will be reflected on the forms for the service designed on this research. For each aforementioned process are partials conclusions' and a series of strategies to improve the management of information, the knowledge and the Organization communication as partials recommendations. It's consider that the main contribute of this investigation lies those results obtained from the application of the selected model like the variable's definition, documentary source and no documentary as well as information collection techniques, that way was possible to draw up the procedure to the application of process 2 to 7 from AMIGA model on the study object.
