Procedure for estimating the measurement’s uncertainty
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the laboratories of quality control CIAPI, the estimation of measurement uncertainty is not part of a systematic process aimed and designed to establish an infrastructure that will lead to continuous improvement in activity in the broadest sense. That is why the members of the Quality , were given the task of developing the "Procedure for estimating uncertainty of measurement " to reach the quality control laboratories , in compliance with the Policy Uncertainty , 2012 National Accreditation Body of the Republic of Cuba ( ONARC ), considering : Interest sector development and society, international guidelines and principles for the estimation of measurement uncertainty , the need for approaching our laboratories the provisions of NC ISO / IEC 17025 : 2006, by continuously improving and increasing the quality of their services. The new procedure is the fact that for the first time estimated the uncertainty of measurements in physical -chemical tests performed in the laboratories of quality control , which will reveal the dispersion of the final test results , setting the basis for the design of the code of conduct to follow in the estimation of the uncertainty of the measurements obtained , a fact that contributes to testing techniques can prove that once achieved, will enable the country performing various tests currently contracted abroad.
