Treatment of venous ulcers of inferior members with propoaromiel

Abstract

The venous ulcers are responsible for more than the 50% of appearance of the vascular ulcers of inferior members with morbility increase and decrease the quality of life than the patients. Heterogeneity in the treatment methods exists. In Cuba Natural and Traditional in the different pathology treatment doctors develop Medicine techniques. One a random essay made with the objective of eliminating septic process associated the lesion, granular and cicatrizes in carrier patients of venous ulcers hospitalized in Angiology Department of Dermatological Hospital Dr. ¨Guillermo  Fernandez  Hernández-Baquero  ¨.  Used  Propoaromiel,  mixed  honey bees, hydroalcoholic excerpt of Propolis (soluble solid 50 %) and essential oils of medicinal herbs used as treatment in the essay. The patients were one valued in Angiology consult. They analyzed the criteria for forming a part of the study, one explained in what consisted them the essay, they entered one, lesion cultivation was made and he was realized treatment. They were realized evaluations and weekly development during eight weeks and they were reflected the adverse events told by the patients. It could check associated septic process in twelve patients. Thirteen patients were reported of cured and six enhanced. Cases without development or that aggravated the symptoms and tokens were not reported. It proved the effectiveness of the use of the Propoaromiel on the patients who formed a part of the essay.
