Los resultados se registran de forma tal que se puedan detectar tendencias, y aplicar técnicas estadísticas en su revisión, lo que se traduce en Control Estadístico de la Calidad Interna. Uno de las acciones que se implantan para el Control Interno es el Método de aceptabilidad de los resultados y determinar el resultado final. El control desarrollado en este trabajo fue el Control del Proceso de ensayo, a través de décimas, se evaluó periódicamente los ensayos de físico/químico para la miel de abejas, comparando con un analista de referencia. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron establecer parámetros en la evaluación del desempeño de los analistas en período a prueba e incorporar esta metodología en el Proceso de Aseguramiento de la Calidad en los laboratorios de Control de Calidad del Centro de Investigaciones Apícolas.
