Principales plagas y enfermedades que afectan a las plantas melíferas - Luisa Soto, María Valle Vargas, Yoandra Fernandez , Antonio - Plagas enfermedades control químico control biológico plantas melíferas Manejo Integrado de Plagas (MIP) Un trabajo de búsqueda bibliográfica sobre el tema de las plagas y enfermedades que atacan a las plantas de potencial melífero, así como los diferentes métodos de control que se han utilizado para contrarrestar su efecto, se organiza como información unificada en un manual con el objetivo de dotar al apicultor de conocimientos sobre el tema que le  permitan  un modo de actuación eficiente en la observancia y control de estas anomalías en las plantas melíferas, una mayor utilización  de productos orgánicos y prácticas agroecológicas, con la intención de preservar las condiciones ambientales que favorezcan el logro de una actividad óptima de las abejas y la producción de miel. El método preferentemente utilizado fue la revisión bibliográfica a partir de investigaciones realizadas por autores de diferentes instituciones nacionales y extranjeras;   de igual manera se realizaron búsquedas informativas sobre el trabajo que se viene realizando hace varios años por el Centro Nacional de Sanidad Vegetal en colaboración con otras instituciones extranjeras, sobre el Manejo Integrado de Plagas (MIP).  A work of literature search on the subject of pests and diseases that attack plants of potential bee, and different control methods have been used to counteract its effect, is organized as a unified information in a manual with the aim of beekeeper provide the knowledge on the subject that will allow an efficient mode of operation and control the observance of these anomalies in the honey plants, greater use of organic and ecological practices, with the intention to preserve the environmental conditions that favor the achieve optimal activity of bees and honey production.  The method was preferably used from the literature review of research by authors from different national and foreign institutions, just as we searched information about the work being done several years ago by the National Center for Plant Health in coordination with other foreign institutions, on Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
