Behavior of Cuban and Uruguayan brown propolis and its effectiveness on vaginal sepsis Morfi Samper, Rosa Pérez Piñeiro , Adolfo Brown propolis ova vaginal sepsis Gardnerella Propóleos Pardo óvulos sepsis vaginal Gardnerella Entre todos los productos beneficiosos que la naturaleza pone a disposición del hombre, se distingue el propóleos por su conocida aplicación en la salud humana hace miles de años y se presenta en el siglo XXI como una alternativa de salud que permitirá continuar investigando y  aplicando sus resultados  en beneficio del hombre. La apiterapia actual es un recurso médico de la naturaleza. Es la energía del sol captada por las flores, libada, transformada y/o secretada por las abejas, para beneficio de la humanidad. Se realizó un estudio de caso con perspectiva metodológica cualitativa, aplicado a 20 pacientes que padecían de sepsis vaginal por Gardenella. Se trataron  10 pacientes aplicando óvulos vaginales con Propóleos Pardo cubano y  10 pacientes con Propóleos Pardo uruguayo. Los casos fueron distribuidos en los dos tratamientos aleatoriamente. La verificación del diagnóstico y cura de las pacientes se realizó  mediante los resultados del  estudio bacteriológico. Al valorar  el grado de satisfacción al décimo día del tratamiento siete de las mujeres tratadas con Propóleos Pardo cubano expresaron sentirse muy satisfechas y tres expresaron sentirse bastante satisfechas mientras que en el tratamiento con el Propóleos Pardo uruguayo  de las 10 pacientes tratadas solo una expresó sentirse bastante satisfecha  y nueve manifestaron un grado muy satisfactorio. Es efectivo el tratamiento con los óvulos de Propóleos Pardo al 5%, de ambos países latinoamericanos para la sepsis vaginal por Gardnerella.
